الكفالة
- ساعات الكوارتز: كفالة 6 أشهر على البطارية.
- ساعات الأوتوماتيك: كفالة 6 أشهر على الحركة.
تبدأ الكفالة من تاريخ الاستلام. للاستفادة منها تواصل معنا واذكر رقم الطلب.
ما لا تشمله الكفالة
- الخدوش أو الكسر الناتج عن سوء الاستخدام أو السقوط.
- الأضرار الناتجة عن الماء في حال تجاوز حدود مقاومة الساعة.
- البلى الطبيعي للسوار أو التلميع.
- أي فتح أو إصلاح للساعة لدى جهة غير معتمدة منا.
العناية بساعتك
- امسح الساعة بقطعة قماش ناعمة وجافة بعد الاستخدام.
- تجنّب تعريضها للعطور والمنظفات الكيميائية، خصوصًا على السوار الجلدي.
- أبعدها عن الحرارة العالية والمجالات المغناطيسية القوية.
- ساعات الأوتوماتيك تحتاج ارتداءً منتظمًا لتبقى تعمل، أو تدوير التاج يدويًا.
- احفظها في علبتها عند عدم الاستخدام.
مقاومة الماء
ساعاتنا مصممة لتتحمل رذاذ الماء والاستخدام اليومي، وليست ساعات غوص. تجنّب السباحة والاستحمام بها.

Warranty & Care
Your warranty
- Quartz watches: 6-month warranty on the battery.
- Automatic watches: 6-month warranty on the movement.
The warranty starts on the day you receive the watch. To make a claim, contact us with your order number.
What the warranty doesn't cover
- Scratches or breakage from misuse or drops.
- Water damage where the watch's water resistance was exceeded.
- Normal wear on the strap or the finish.
- Any watch opened or repaired by someone we haven't approved.
Caring for your watch
- Wipe the watch with a soft, dry cloth after wearing it.
- Keep perfume and cleaning chemicals away from it, especially the leather strap.
- Keep it away from high heat and strong magnets.
- Automatic watches need regular wear to keep running, or a manual wind of the crown.
- Store it in its box when you're not wearing it.
Water resistance
Our watches are built to handle splashes and everyday wear. They are not dive watches — avoid swimming or showering in them.
