الاسترجاع والاستبدال

إذا لم تعجبك الساعة، يمكنك إرجاعها أو استبدالها خلال 3 أيام من تاريخ الاستلام.

الشروط

  • أن تكون الساعة غير مستخدمة وغير متضررة.
  • أن تكون جميع الملحقات والتغليف الأصلي موجودة.
  • أن يتم التواصل معنا خلال 3 أيام من تاريخ الاستلام.

خطوات الإرجاع

  1. تواصل معنا على ‎+965 9933 4731 أو عبر إنستقرام @oruswatches واذكر رقم الطلب.
  2. نؤكد لك طلب الإرجاع ونتفق على طريقة إعادة الساعة.
  3. بعد استلام الساعة وفحصها، نتمّ الاستبدال أو نعيد لك المبلغ.

تكلفة التوصيل

  • إذا كان سبب الإرجاع تغيير رأيك، يتحمل العميل تكلفة التوصيل.
  • إذا وصلتك الساعة بها عيب أو كانت مختلفة عن المطلوب، نتحمل نحن التكلفة كاملة.

بإتمام الطلب، يقر العميل بموافقته على هذه الشروط والسياسة.

Returns & Exchanges

If the watch isn't right for you, you can return or exchange it within 3 days of delivery.

Conditions

  • The watch must be unused and undamaged.
  • All accessories and the original packaging must be included.
  • You must contact us within 3 days of delivery.

How to return

  1. Contact us at +965 9933 4731 or on Instagram at @oruswatches with your order number.
  2. We confirm the return and agree how to send the watch back.
  3. Once we receive and check the watch, we complete the exchange or refund you.

Delivery costs

  • If you're returning because you changed your mind, the delivery cost is on you.
  • If the watch arrived faulty or isn't what you ordered, we cover the full cost.
